My account name is too long so I can't update... Seriously???

     I attempt to update the software on my 802 and what happens???... tells me that the account or password is incorrect... why?.. my account name is my email.. which is longer than the space allowed to enter my account,.. so mine is too long. I would love to use this tool I received today but,.. if I can't update,.. I can't use and it goes back Monday.

    Yes seriously!!! I received mine today also and registered my product and tried to update the software with the same issue with login, only with the update tool software, I can login online no problem.

     Okay so I figured it out, I updated the "Update Software" from Autel website version 6.13 PC Suite. It indeed now allows longer email address.

     yes no real instructions doesn't tell you ether that if you update your 4gb card you may loose some dater on older cars and in some cases be to much dater its best not to update 4gb card and youse 8-16gb card then you have room for later updates then if card gets corrupted you still have your 4gb card.
